Kilfinan Community Council are part of the Community Planning Partnership group. One of the group priorities if housing and they have requested further comments by Wednesday 3rd September.

The specific questions they have are :

• Are you aware of any funding, training or opportunities locally for construction skills development?
• What data is available for housing locally and what data is missing?
• Do you know of any land and assets belonging to your organisation or group that could be used for housing?
• What local information could be shared with those at risk of homelessness?
• What information do you have about workforce needs for local accommodation?

If you have any views on these, or any other issues related to house, please email convener.kilfinancc@gmail.com by Tuesday 2nd September. We can also pass on comments later that that as this is a ongoing process.
