KCC roads special meeting 25th November 2025 15.00 hrs Kames Hall

Since the community council was re-established in February of this year we have heard lots of feedback from the community about roads and related issues.

We are devoting our November meeting to focus on those issues with input from Argyll and Bute Council.

Issues we have identified so far include

• the state of pavements
• ditches not being cleared
• lack of speed limits in villages outside Tighnabruaich
• no traffic calming
• roads overgrown with trees
• flooding
• repairs and resurfacing.
• cycling and pedestrian routes.
• resilience planning for our roads.
